As an investor, eCompanies is interested in Icebox's overall approach to the market, but does not get involved in day-to-day operating decisions, including content and programming.

eCompanies believes that Icebox's future success is dependent upon its ability to maintain its extraordinary collection of the entertainment industry's best creative talent. These storytellers were drawn to Icebox because it was built on the precept that creative control should rest fully with the creator. We further believe that by imposing restrictions on one artist you ultimately impose restrictions on them all, effectively killing the environment Icebox has worked so hard to establish for the creative community.

Icebox's model also accounts for the audience's reaction to its shows. Programs that don't catch on with viewers will not be renewed -- much in
the same way that television pilots must establish a following or be canceled. Ultimately, the audience plays a pivotal role in Icebox's programming decisions.
